Congratulations to Elizabeth Maytom, Project Lead at Norwood and Brixton Foodbank, who received her MBE at Windsor Castle on 27th September from Her Royal Highness the Princess Royal for services to Norwood and Brixton Foodbank, Lambeth Foodbanks Partnership and services to Lambeth, with particular recognition for her work during the pandemic.

21,946 food bank parcels provided to people across Lambeth

New figures released by The Lambeth Foodbank Partnership today reveal that 21,946 emergency food parcels were provided to local people who couldn’t afford the essentials between April 2021 and March 2022 – 8016 of these went to children.
