We’re collecting in Tesco stores on November 27, 28 and 29

Our Foodbank’s annual food collection in Tesco stores takes place on November 27, 28 and 29 in stores at Clapham South, Streatham, Purley, Thornton Heath, Kennington and Brixton. When you shop in Tesco on those days we’ll be asking you if possible to buy an extra food item with your shop to donate to the Foodbank. Could you help? 

Last year we collected 10,000 kilos of food which set us up for our Christmas Food Drive and enabled us to send out 1000 deliveries of food parcels to families, couples and individuals over the 5 days leading up to Christmas.

Tesco allows us to have a collection box for donated items in their stores throughout the year on condition that we participate in this annual 3-day food collection. They make a financial donation of 20% of the cost of all items donated throughout the year to the Foodbank.
